The Intercultural Community University has a presence in the Autonomous Region of the North Caribbean Coast (RACCN) and the Autonomous Region of the South Caribbean Coast (RACCS) with 4 university campuses in Bilwi, Bluefields, Las Minas and New Guinea.

URACCAN also has 4 extensions in both Autonomous Regions of the Caribbean Coast, in Waspam, Rosita, Bonanza and Waslala; promoting community and intercultural education throughout the region, contributing to the development of indigenous, Afro-descendant and mixed-race peoples.
