Technical directions
The Directorate of External Cooperation (DCE) is established as the specialized agency for the management of different initiatives with development cooperation agencies.

The libraries and information services of the University of the Autonomous Regions of the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast (URACCAN) are defined as the information system that complements and contributes to the strengthening of activities aimed at the creation, recreation, dissemination and exchange of knowledge and knowledge.
