URACCAN Bilwi venue prepares to participate in Latin American Innovation Rally 2020

Preparations from the Slilma Center for Innovation and Intercultural Community Entrepreneurship

16 students from URACCAN Bilwi venue, who will participate in the Latin American Innovation Rally 2020, received preparation workshops, where the main objective is to motivate and train them in new tools, which will be effective when solving the challenges exposed during this magnificent event.

These trainings have been facilitated by the Center for Innovation and Intercultural Community Entrepreneurship "Slilma" (CIECI Slima), Institute of Intercultural Communication (ICI), Center for Multi-ethnic Women's Studies and Information (CEIMM) and Student Welfare, academic instances of this university campus, under the topics: Innovation and elaboration of CANVAS Canvas, Development of short videos, Gender Intercultural Perspective and Stress Management and teamwork.

Formation of multidisciplinary teams

According to Luis Gutiérrez, collaborator of CIECI Slilma, the teams formed from this campus are multidisciplinary, consisting of various careers, including Systems Engineering, Administrative Informatics, Psychology in Multicultural Contexts, Business Administration, and others.

"This is in order to have different perspective visions and this will allow to have a better solution to the challenge or problem posed," Gutierrez said.

Similarly, Luis assured that they are preparing with great emotion and enthusiasm, so that "in that process they can learn and implement the knowledge obtained from the classroom, also carry out super innovative projects, and that they are executed, or that they do their monograph processes through some of these projects proposed", he concluded.
