URACCAN Recinto Las Minas initiated the process of planning institutional life, where the different areas and university extensions in the territory (Rosita, Bonanza and Waslala) are articulated.

In this sense, the vice-chancellor of URACCAN enclosure Las Minas, PhD. Leonor Ruiz Calderón, commented that in this process the Annual Operational Plan 2021 of the university campus is worked.

"Last year we worked on pre-planning and now we are articulating all areas to be able to concert and achieve institutional objectives," Ruiz said.

For her part, the Msc. María Cristina Feliciano, coordinator of the planning and analysis area of the Institutional Life Plan in the premises, explained that all the activities of the plan, the means of verification that are complete, the auxiliaries, the managers and the weighted ones will be reviewed.

In addition, Luis Herrera Siles, coordinator of the Center for Studies and Promotion of Autonomy (IEPA-URACCAN), stated that from the institutional articulation regulations it is jointly planned to optimize resources, fulfill the institutional mandate and give way to the Institutional Life Plan, "this process deepens and consolidates the model of articulation between the Institutes and Research Centers of URACCAN" Said.

Besides, the Msc. Sorayda Herrera, academic secretary of URACCAN Las Minas, assured that URACCAN has been working in an orderly manner since its planning. "In this way our processes are worked, in an organized way, that will allow us to work and take immediate correction actions, contributing to the articulated processes, both internal and external," he concluded.
