Directing institutional processes from joint engagement

Honorary and invited members of the Bilwi Campus University Council (CUR) participated in the second regular session, to address the issues of the 2020-2021 campus budget, the presentation of URACCAN University Council (CUU) agreements and the update of the Annual Operational Plan and the 2021 Annual Purchasing Plan.

The session began with spiritual reflection, reflection of the institutional mission and vision, detailing actions carried out from each area, for the fulfillment and implementation of the Institutional Philosophy, in addition it was reported on the visit of the members of the National Council of Universities (UNC) and the preparations for the inauguration of the buildings rebuilt after the passage of hurricanes Eta and Iota.

During the activity, the PhD. Enrique Cordón, vice-chancellor of URACCAN Bilwi precinct, shared the actions carried out and to be carried out in the budget of the 2020-2021 campus, and master Yuri Zapata, vice-chancellor general of URACCAN, presented the agreements of the University Council of URACCAN (CUU) at the previous session.

Finally, Master Abner Figueroa, coordinator of the Analysis and Institutional Planning area in this campus, reported on plans to meet with the various states and carry out the update of the Annual Operational Plan and the Annual Purchasing Plan 2021, in the University Management System (SGU).

Among the main proposals of this session, it highlights the creation of own funds, for the benefit of the venue, in addition to the compliance with the 40 regulatory hours in working hours per week.
