On the morning of this Thursday, August 13, the seventh regular session of 2020 took place, where decisions are made related to the university work of URACCAN in Las Minas, on its campus in Siuna, home of the University Campus.

The regular session involved coordinators of university, academic, institutes and research centers that are part of the university community in Las Minas.

As is customary, the honorable members of the University Council of Campus make an analysis of the Mission and Vision of URACCAN, where the operativization of them and the relevance in the context of the region, the country and internationally is manifested.

The vice-chancellor of URACCAN Las Minas, PhD. Angelica Leonor Ruiz Calderón welcomed the honorable members of the University Council, reviewed the quorum and unveiled the agenda of the session, and then approved the agenda of the ordinary session.

The Msc. Sorayda Herrera Siles, academic secretary of the university campus, released the revision of the agreements of the previous session, where one of them was related to the processes of institutional visibility and the commitment acquired to make the university extensions visible.

The agenda of the session emphasized the observations of the Editorial Line of Intercultural Communication and the contributions they have made from the student residence, the university students scholarships in the campus.
