Waslala, Rosita and Bonanza Tour

With the aim of strengthening the work carried out by the URACCAN extensions in Waslala, Rosita and Bonanza, a team of vice-chancellor of URACCAN enclosure Las Minas, made a tour of each of them, in a process of accompanying work, according to information shared by the Ph.D Leonor Ruíz Calderón, vice-chancellor of URACCAN enclosure Las Minas.

Ph.D. Ruíz shared that the team was made up of the campus's academic secretary, Msc. Ariel Chavarría and the Msc. Hazel Salgado Téllez, human talent coordinator of the venue, who developed the performance evaluation process, which seeks to improve the strengths of the staff, to ensure institutional planning.

In addition, the vice-chancellor of the venue ensured that this accompanying process is carried out every quarter to the extensions, monitoring and accompanying the work done and, on this occasion, also took advantage to meet the evaluation to the performance of the collaborators in the three extensions.

URACCAN, as an institution of Intercultural Higher Education, promotes accompaniment processes at the internal and external levels, in and from each of the institutional areas, which allow to identify the strengths and weaknesses to lead actions of improvements.
