Contributing to the innovative practice of the university community
Today, July 3rd, issue No. 26 of the Journal of Science and Interculturality was published, which contains the academic papers of experts in different disciplines of knowledge. Each scientific article is offered in one PDF version and two audios (one in Spanish and one in English), available on the URACCAN website.
In the foreword to the recent edition, Dr. Alta Hooker, rector of URACCAN, explains that the journal disseminates "unpublished research articles, bibliographic review articles and research essays that help promote the various topics related to intercultural gender citizenship".
Science and Interculturality, adds Dr. Hooker, "is aimed at researchers, teachers, students and professionals linked to sensitive areas such as: Intercultural Education and Health, Territoriality, Natural Resources and Environment, Gender and Interculturality, Human Rights, especially those binding on the international treaties and conventions of indigenous and Afro-descendant peoples".
Volume No. 26, structured in 4 sections, contains 15 novel interdisciplinary articles that offer valuable contributions "to the innovative practice of the university community, and constitute an educational and communication environment to share with the community of teachers, researchers and students of the academic world, in a critical, autonomous and emancipation expression in an environment of intercultural gender citizenship" , reflects the rector of URACCAN.
