URACCAN Library App

URACCAN, from its Information Technology and Institutional Communication System (SICITI-URACCAN), coordinated by Master Marlon Peralta, has developed an application that allows the university community to access the libraries of this study house, as well as databases to which this university is enrolled.

According to the master and creator of the application, Marlon Peralta, "This database is a computer program designed as a tool to allow the university community to perform readings and bibliographic research," he explained.

Also, for teacher Bianeth Delgadillo, head of Light in the Jungle library, of URACCAN new Guinea, "This university has been carrying out actions that facilitate the access of the student and all the staff to the libraries and databases that are purchased; this app is a new way to encourage you to make use of libraries," he said.

Institutional information systems

URACCAN currently has 8 libraries, located in the university campuses and extensions, in addition to the specialized centers of this studio house, have small libraries that respond to their research theme and are available to the university community.

URACCAN libraries are defined as the information system that complements and contributes to the strengthening of activities oriented to the creation, recreation, dissemination and exchange of knowledge and knowledge, through the provision of effective and efficient information services, in accordance with national and international standards.
