In order to eradicate pollution in the water sources of the city of Bluefields, members of Techcross Water & Energy Inc. presented to the University Council of the Bluefields Campus (CUR), the initiative of this project, which aims to start at the university with the benefit of the construction of three greywater sinks.

Faced with this, Juan Carlos Altamirano explained that this wastewater treatment project in gravity drainage system is intended to start in the highest part of the city, in this case, the area where the URACCAN is located.

Benefits for the college community

Among the benefits it would bring to the university community of the Bluefields campus is the sanitary sewer system, where the waters produced by the institution will be treated and carried by gravity to the treatment plant.

Other shares

Among the projections to be managed to carry out the project were planned other sessions between the university authorities and the company, to make a diagnosis and evaluate the execution of said system at the university.

The plan established by the company envisages the construction of three wells that would be located at the top of the library and at the main campus entrance.
