Exercising the right to vote, free and spontaneous
The election process for the new bluefields campus student leadership is successfully advancing. This November 28, the URACCAN Electoral Committee team continued visits to the classrooms of students of the Sabatino shift, the Computer Science, Sociology and English careers, where each was able to freely exercise their right to vote.
Similarly, the young people who are part of the formula that is running for student leadership, before the election process toured the sections presenting the members and the job proposals for this new period.
The dynamics for this process have been carried out under the accompaniment and supervision of academic authorities of the campus, who are following every step of this process.
In the sections the votes are held, then the team counts the votes in the presence of the students, so that they can verify the legality of the vote.
It should be noted that the UNEN office has designated a voting box for those students who are not in classrooms these days by the semi-presence modality, so the process concludes on Sunday, November 29, 2020.
It should be noted that these spaces are promoted to further strengthen the walk of higher education and the independence of rights of students of this House of Intercultural Studies.
