Approval of the outreach plan at the University Council of Campus New Guinea
The University Council of Campus (CUR), has known and approved the Annual Plan of disclosure of the enclosure, previously articulated with the different institutional areas.
The main objective of the outreach plan of the venue is to make the annual Institutional Living Plan visible, at the level of the university community and the Caribbean community through its own means and the partnerships that are established with the media at the local, regional, national and international levels.
According to the PhD. Eugenio López Mairena, vice-chancellor of the New Guinea precinct, "this plan is important, because it commits all URACCAN states to be part of it, with the sharing of information on time and proactive participation in the activities and processes that take place in the daily work", he stressed.
In addition, Master Obed Zeledón, coordinator of the area of computer science and administrative sciences, added that "progress has been made in the outreach process, not only with the articulation of the plan, but with the placement of communication products on the different platforms of URACCAN," he said.
This process gives way to institutional strategic planning, agreed by each of the areas of this university campus. It is important to note that in this space, the Student Welfare plan was also known and approved, in articulation with UNEN-URACCAN and the Center for Multi-ethnic Women's Studies and Information (CEIMM-URACCAN) of the venue.
